About Sach pass trek
Sach Pass Trek is an extremely scenic and adventurous journey through the remote Chamba and Pangi Valley of Himachal Pradesh. The trail takes trekkers through dense Himalayan forests, green valleys, mountain villages, rocky landscapes, streams, waterfalls and high-altitude terrain before reaching the spectacular Sach Pass at around 4,414 metres. As the trail climbs higher, the landscape gradually changes from lush green forests and meadows to rugged rocks, snowfields and dramatic Himalayan peaks. The pass provides incredible views of the surrounding Pir Panjal mountains and the isolated Pangi Valley on the other side. The combination of snow, glaciers, deep valleys, remote villages and challenging mountain terrain gives the trek a true wilderness feeling. Sach Pass is especially beautiful when patches of snow remain around the pass, creating a striking contrast between the dark rocky mountains and bright white snow. Because of its remoteness and demanding terrain, it is better suited to experienced trekkers who want a challenging Himalayan adventure rather than a beginner-friendly trek.
